  If you don't want to waiting more than 5 minutes then you better get their app. You order when leaving home and by the time you typically arrive you grab your stuff and go. They lack of replication of drinks; each employee seems to make their own twist on drinks. I'll order a caramel cocoa cluster frap and it will taste amazing one say then the next another employee makes it with a mocha base instead of a caramel base making it taste horrible. As for food, ordering food and drink together at the register inside is unorganized, mindless, and just pointless; somehow my food takes 10x longer because there are employees that focus on drinks and drive-thru leaving the cashier to make food. They will order it up but then have to take other orders and forget your food, then proceed on break and don't care that you're still standing there 10 minutes later with half of your drink gone.

  They're mocha chip is okay but for some reason the Starbucks in target taste better. The cashier in the target Starbucks was nicer too.
