  I've been very patient with this location but they have repeatedly gotten my meal wrong. either it's sloppily prepared or they place the wrong meat and toppings on the sandwich.
  
  I know the work is hard but is it too much to ask for a proper order even if it takes a little longer (honestly with this kind of food it's better to take one's time)

  Very disorganized. Much of the staff is inattentive and acts like doing their job is a bother. Example: The cashier took an order for the group in front of us and then left to make them frozen drinks. When she was done she didn't come back the register but instead went back into the kitchen. The other cashier in the bakery area started taking an order for someone who came in 5 minutes after us. When trying to get drinks someone was changing out the tea. I was struggling to get lemons as there was no room and she didn't bother to excuse herself or move over to allow me more room. We asked for yogurt for my daughter's side, but when she asked for sides I told her "all chips". I didn't want my daughter to not get yogurt, but the person taking the order didn't ask for clarification and my whole family received chips. Then one of our salads was wrong - same person rang it incorrectly, so after figuring out we had the wrong salad we had to go get that corrected. Of course we were overcharged, but after so much hassle we didn't want to bother - we were done. Only positive -The counter staff were the food is released was very nice.
