  The food was pretty good here. The pub fries were very good, the burger was pretty good, but another guest at our table got a very poorly cooked steak. She ordered medium rare and not only was it not that, but it was medium well, bordering on done. Also, we got a waitress that just could not get it. She didn't use a notepad because she thought she could remember everything. But my word, she could not. She brought my wife the wrong drink and brought me the wrong food. When my wife brought it up, she said she didn't hear correctly, and when I brought mine up, instead of assuming the mistake, she tried to tell me I had ordered the wrong thing, even though I had 4 witnesses that heard otherwise. She never accepted it and never offered to bring me the correct dish. She gave me the onion straws, which were really all I wanted anyway, but wow, she was the worst waitress I've had in a LONG time.
  
  TL;DR If you can get the right food and a waitress with a 5 minute memory or a notepad, it's pretty good. But don't order a steak.

  Terrible experience! I made a reservation for 20 several days in advance. When we got there, I was told someone must have forgotten to write it down and we would have to wait until something opened up with very little apology or any sort of compromise. We should have left at that point and not even given them our business. Our waitress was awful, we had to go to get our own drinks (water included) and the food was cold. It was very disappointing to have such terrible service. I will not be back.
